WEDDING MAKEUP
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to BY KIRRA. Please take some time to read the following conditions for booking your wedding/group makeup. Please note for group and bridal bookings BY KIRRA charges for a minimum of 4 applications travelling inside Wagga and minimum 5 applications outside of Wagga. Prices are different from in-studio prices.

TRIALS

Trials are not compulsory for group or bridal bookings, but they are highly recommended. Please bring along photos of makeup looks you like preferably from BY KIRRA social media profiles and/or the BY KIRRA website. It is recommended that trial be done 2-3 months out from your wedding. We also recommend you have a spray tan for your trial if you will have one on your wedding day. 1 hour and 30 mins has been allowed for the trial makeup, please note any extra time will be charged accordingly. Pricing for a trial will be quoted once you have enquired.

TRAVEL

BY KIRRA can travel to your destination on your special day. There will be travel fees to cover set up, petrol, and the time spent on the road. Accommodation costs for on location weddings where same day travel is not manageable will be quoted once the client has enquired.

TIMING AND TOUCH UPS

Please allow 1 hour for makeup for your wedding day. We will tailor a makeup design best suited to your individual features. Touch ups will be provided 30 minutes before departure to make sure everyone is left fresh and flawless. Lipstick is applied right before we leave so that you can eat/drink whilst getting ready with your bridal party and not worrying about lipstick not lasting.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask that you let us know at least 2 weeks before your makeup appointment to cancel or reschedule. Deposits can be transferred to your next booking if cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 weeks prior. Later than 2 weeks before your appointments, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

BOOKING FEE AND PAYMENT

To secure your wedding date BY KIRRA requires a booking fee of 30% of total cost. We unfortunately cannot secure your date without the booking fee due to the demand we receive for dates. The booking fee is deducted from your total amount. The remainder must be paid 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SURCHARGES

All bookings made on a public holiday or if the wedding falls on a Saturday of a long weekend; the booking will incur a 15% surcharge. Bookings made before 9am incur a 10% surcharge. This surcharge also applies to Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
